This tea is amazing for a pick me up. Gentle on the stomach without shortcutting the benefits.
Taste: Earthy and SLIGHTLY sweet (due to the licorice root)
Each bag contains 1.5oz. thats about 9 teaspoons.
Instructions: Boil 8oz-10oz of water. Steep 1 teaspoon of herbs for 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool down. Enjoy the tea by itself or with some organic Agave.
